BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION

Wiceceka Community Support Organization (WICSO) is an organization created on March 21, 2012 by and for LGBTQ + living with HIV. It was created to serve as a body to support organizations of LGBT / SW & Disability persons affected and infected by HIV in Rwanda in line with the national policy to fight HIV & AIDS.)

Our Goal

To Empower the Associations, Cooperatives of keys population In capacities building through helping infected and affected HIV/AIDS LGBTQ+/SW and Disability persons .

OUR VISION

Our vision is to ensure that each of Beneficiaries have self confidence, with no Stigma and Discrimination and Hope to live a long and Peaceful Life from stigma and discrimination, and engaged in the response to HIV."

MISSION AND STRATEGIES

Our mission is to support most vulnerable peoples in the Community, Assistance of HIV/AIDS Victim and partnership and fighting the gender violence issues.

Promote, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the actions of associations members of LGBT / SW people infected and / or affected by HIV.

Our strategy : is to Empower , Resource , technical support through working with , volunteers from Community ,partners , women structures ,children , Disabiity Network, youth and local Authority so they can enhance strengthen of global health of communities
